My Contracts – quick access to all active contracts

The My Contracts section displays all active contracts in an easy-to-scan layout, with options to:

  • search by contract number, VIN, or license plate

  • switch between list and card views

  • filter results and access closed contracts

For each contract, the portal shows key details such as:

  • leasing type

  • next installment amount

  • paid vs. remaining installments

  • contract period


Contract Details – complete, structured information

Each contract includes a dedicated detail page that provides:

  • general contract information (duration, remaining installments, amounts due)

  • financed assets (vehicles, identification details, agreed mileage)

  • installment schedule

  • guarantees and associated insurance policies

From this section, clients can quickly submit requests or document inquiries related to the selected contract.


Invoices – full transparency over financial obligations

The Invoices section centralizes all issued invoices across contracts:

  • total invoiced value

  • paid and unpaid amounts

  • clear payment status for each invoice

  • issue and due dates

Invoices can be filtered, reviewed in detail, and exported in XLS format for internal accounting or reporting.


Payments – complete and traceable payment history

In the Payments section, clients can view the full history of all payments made:

  • payment date

  • payment method

  • amount paid

  • payment reference

This ensures full traceability and eliminates uncertainty regarding settled amounts.


Financed Assets – clear asset overview

The portal provides a complete overview of all financed assets, including:

  • product type

  • asset condition

  • year of manufacture

  • associated contract

Clients can request documents directly from the portal, without relying on external communication channels.


Insurance – all policies in one place

The Insurance section offers a consolidated view of active and inactive insurance policies:

  • insurance type (RCA, CASCO)

  • insurance provider

  • coverage period

  • premium value

  • status

This ensures clients always know which insurance policies are active for each financed asset.
